Disclaimer

Please read this before buying or flying the RC Fighter Jet from JetWala.

A toy, not a professional aircraft: this product is a foam remote control toy for recreation. It is not a professional drone, not a camera aircraft, and not suitable for commercial, survey or surveillance use.

Age and supervision: the product is marked for ages 14 and above. Children under 14 should only use it under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.

Where to fly: fly only in open outdoor spaces, away from people, animals, roads, vehicles, buildings, power lines and airports. Never fly over crowds, near traffic, or in restricted or crowded areas. You are responsible for flying safely and for following any local rules that apply where you fly.

Batteries and charging: charge the product battery only with the supplied USB cable, on a flat surface, and do not leave charging unattended. The remote control needs AA batteries, which are not included. Stop using a battery that is swollen, damaged or unusually hot, and keep batteries away from heat and water.

Crashes and breakage: this is a lightweight foam stunt toy. Crashes can break or damage it, and broken propellers or foam parts should be replaced before flying again. Normal crash damage from use is not covered as a fault.

Performance: hovering, flips and flight depend on battery charge, wind, space and handling. We do not promise a specific flight time, range or speed.

Images and colours: product photos show the same model. The colour shipped depends on stock, as stated on the product page.

Unboxing video: if your item arrives faulty or dead on arrival, record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy, so we can arrange a replacement.

By buying from JetWala, you accept that you fly this toy at your own responsibility and will follow the safety notes above.
