Products and prices: we sell the products shown on this store. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include no hidden charges at checkout. Delivery is free, as shown on the product and order pages. Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders and payment: orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. We may cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the product is unavailable, and we will tell you if that happens.

Delivery: delivery across Pakistan normally takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, because courier timing can vary by city and conditions.

Cancellations and returns: you may ask to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us through the Contact page. After delivery, returns and replacements follow our Refund and Returns Policy, including the 48 hour unboxing video rule for faulty or dead on arrival items.

Product notes: our product is a remote control toy. It is marked for ages 14 and above, and younger users should use it under adult supervision. Colours ship as per stock. The remote control needs AA batteries, which are not included. Flight time and range depend on flying conditions, battery charge and handling, so no exact flight time is promised.

Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent allowed by law, JetWala is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or the product, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes: we may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the current one.
